We are looking for individuals who are ambitious with attention to detail, and a willingness to learn to fill in the position of the Property Manager. A Property Manager handles the efficient management of a portfolio of units that Royal York Property Management manages. They are in charge of providing information for the products and services we offer. They oversee the maintenance of all properties. Our goal is to keep clients or accounts as long as possible and Property Managers are in charge of that.

Responsibilities:

- Operates as the point of contact for assigned owners.
- Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties.
- Collecting rent and other property fees, dealing with late payments.
- Provide maintenance services and address tenants' and owners' complaints.
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.

Requirements:

- Very good customer service and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues.
- Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Experience in property management, customer service, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to work in team.
- Ability to work 6 days a week.
- Ability to type 50 wpm.
