Royal York Property Management is a leader in the property management field, with over 6000 properties in our portfolio.
We are looking for individuals who are ambitious with attention to detail, and willing to learn to fill in the position of Coordinator.
Coordinators ensure to oversee the leasing of a rental property to a qualified tenant by responding to leasing inquiries through email, phone, and text;
pre-screening tenants to ascertain qualifications; and scheduling showings for potential tenants.
Coordinators are also responsible for scheduling a hundred plus showings a day.

Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts in a timely, professional manner,
Schedule meetings for Leasing Agents.
Assist customers with maintenance services.
Provide information for prospective tenants.

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to work 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM.
Ability to work 6 days a week.
Must be able to type 50 wpm.
