BlueMagic Group International is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our company. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Our Business Development Manager must be a professional who is responsible for the growth of their department, by working with the sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders and will have the skills needed to build long-standing and successful relationships with key clients. They'll also need a clear, decisive way of communicating so that they can
adapt solutions for different needs on behalf of their Clients.

The person appointed to this position is going to be representing the company in generating leads, handling meetings within the office and outside the office for potential collaboration in order to elevate the revenue of the Company. The BDM will be responsible for creating new sales strategies for the integration in the existing markets where the Company operates, studying, embracing new markets and increasing brand awareness on an international level. The Business Development Manager will have one main focus is B2B communications and B2C follow-up with their own team’s patients.

He/She will manage an existing sales department of 6-10 people with the aim to expand this team up to 20-25 people by December 2022. There will also be another 2 sales departments, micromanaged, and both headed by one BMD. The 3 BDMs will work very close to each other and with the management team; creating strong lasting relationships with each other will be essential for the success of the entire organization.

The BMD will be responsible for implementing, improving and building the company culture for everyone. He/She will be given the opportunity to apply ideas, transformation with the aim to bring financial and brand awareness, worldwide. It is also essential, for this role, to have achieved a minimum of 100 sales within the company or similar product and developed at least 3 Medical Consultant/ Sales Agents to high performances, together with the capability and track record to close strategic collaboration with third-party companies with the aim of revenue growth.

Training and developing existing and future employees is a key point to the own success of the team. Hiring and appointing new team members is crucial to achieving company objectives.



OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

-Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

-Researching prospective accounts in target markets

-Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle

-Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals

-Attending conferences and industry events

-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

-Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

-Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

-Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

-Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

-Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

-Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. GENERATE SALES LEADS

Tailor strategies to generate sales leads for the Company Create contracting strategies for prospects
Create templates for cold emailing and structure face to face meetings
Study consumer psychology and custom sales strategies for the integration in the existing markets and find new markets for the Company to operate

2. SET MEETINGS WITH POTENTIAL COLLABORATORS AND CLOSE CONTRACTS

Enriching relationships with potential collaborations
Find out their challenges and think strategically about how to set down plans and objectives for your collaborators to properly work with you and generate revenue for the Company

3. CREATE STRATEGIC ALLIANCE PARTNERSHIPS

Find out who are the people contacting your prospect, target them and grow partnerships with them Create alliances with other people in the industry to exchange client's portfolio
The main purpose of this responsibility is to not lose business in none angels

4. GENERATE REFERRALS

Follow-ups with B2B meetings on your portfolio
Follow-ups with B2C meetings on your team’s portfolio
Take part in sales and marketing strategies meetings and effectively grow those strategies Negotiate and take place in the final client meetings in order to elevate the fin
